About Tony
Tony has been a licensed Realtor and Real Estate Broker in the state of Iowa for nearly twenty years and as a lifelong resident of West Des Moines, he has helped thousands of people buy and sell homes in central Iowa. Tony is part of the Muse family skating legacy in Des Moines (his family owns the local roller-skating rinks) and as the youngest in the Muse family, he enjoyed years of success both on roller skates and later, on inline skates. He is the youngest male World Speed Skating Champion in the history of speed skating, he amassed nineteen World Championship Titles in his career and was inducted into the Skating Hall of Fame.
Tony later turned his passion and focus towards real estate as a way to help people experience the joy of owning their own home (a HUGE victory in life experiences for most people). Tony found the transition from athlete to Realtor is not so difficult. Every race or transaction is different, experiencing success in races or transactions requires preparation and experience and quality teammates are as important to the overall success as the individual. With this mindset, Tony has numerous teammates, associates and partners to lean upon as well as years of experience to assure success in the home shopping, buying, staging and selling process.
Tony's highly disciplined success helped him earn a spot in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame as well. Tony and his wife Cassandra raised five beautiful children in West Des Moines and are proud to be considered “lifers” in Iowa.
